Whoever is taking orders at your window right now, 10:30am on Saturday September 10, 2022 is rude and disrespectful for no... reason. He isn't qualified to interact with the general public. The day just started and this kid has a terrible attitudealready. I misheard him one time while I was reading the menu and that resulted in him mocking me three times. You sometimes seerepresented in movies or tv situations where the person working the fast food window gets bullied by disrespectful customers. Inthis case, the joker you have working the register is a bully. Every short exchange we had was met by unnecessary attitude andhostility. There's no reason for him to take his dissatisfaction with his own job and place in life out on customers who justwanna get food and be on their way. Grow up. I've updated my rating and won't be back to this location. If there is anyone withauthority at this particular store who takes customer service seriously, I implore you to have a good, long talk with thatchild. Read more
Train your employees in customer service. Waited at least 15 min in drive up and when zero service is offered, decided to drive... through. Got the order wrong, still took entirely to long and we were only third in line. Chick fil a could have done all thisin 2 min! Never again will I waste another second of my life here. I ordered a cheeseburger meal for me and meals for my 2 kids. It took a very long time to come out, to the point where my 7 year... old asked if we should just leave. We hung in there and when it came out, my burger literally felt like it came out of arefrigerator. I've never had something like that happen before. It made me question how they even prepare the food. I went backup to the door, burger in hand, and the car hop guys kept running in and out, trying not to make eye contact with me and the twoother guests who were there to complain. I finally had to knock to get an employees' attention. He offered a new burger. Ideclined. I would avoid this place at all costs. Also, trash every where. The mic didn't work on the first screen we walked upto, and the card reader didn't work on the next one. Inside the employee area, someone had their cell phone set up playinganime. Lol. The chili cheese coney I got had little to no meat, and was just thrown in my bag, the people taking our order wouldn?t speak up... after I said I couldn?t hear them, and were slightly rude. The girl taking our order did not listen to anything we ordered except for the first item. We had to repeat our order constantly... at the window. Workers inside do no wear gloves and were on their phones/horse playing causing us to wait an exceptional amountof time before receiving our food.
