Horrible coffee. They don't seem to follow the same procedures to make drinks the way other locations do. I have never received... a good drink from this location. I keep trying in hopes that maybe they are having an off day but they consistently make baddrinks. Got a sweet cream cold brew today that tasted nothing like what it's supposed to. Got a White Chocolate Mocha a coupleweeks ago that tasted like hot milk with no coffee. Read more
This is my favorite Starbucks in Charlottesville. The one at 250 bypass & Emmet Street is so crowded and the parking lot is... awful. This location has plenty of parking, the crew does their best to get you your drinks quickly, and they've been openduring bad weather and holidays when other Starbucks in Charlottesville aren't. Worst Starbucks experience ever. It says they open at 7 am both online & at the door, however, today I showed up exactly at 7... am, made eye contact with 3 workers inside while I was waiting / knocking on the door, and they completely ignored me. I waitedin the cold for 10+ minutes before I was let in, and by that time, there were already several people in line who entered fromthe hotel entrance. When I asked why, the manager gave excuses and blamed it on her workers. Super rude workers overall - findanother Starbucks that won?t ruin your morning and make you late to work. Read more
