It?s a shame. After two decades of going to this restaurant we are done. Bad food, rude owners and poor quality. Cook better... Italian food from the comfort of your home with the use of chef mike and Mister Boyardee. Read more
We had the Chef's Salad and split a Philly Cheesesteak. Both were delicious. Service was great and they serve Pepsi, a plus.
Food and service used to be great; now, not so much. I ordered online and was given a 7:35pm pickup time. I arrived early and... waited at the curb, where everyone had been picking up orders previously. I was unaware that they had stopped this service, andsat out in my car, with it running, watching the employees inside conversing, going back and forth, looking my directionoccasionally, but no one came out - even though they were knew I was there. Finally, at 7:35pm, I figured they weren't comingout, so I went in to pick up my 4 pizzas. Not only were they ready, they had been waiting in the boxes for quite some timebecause they were definitely not hot. They weren't cold then, but by the time I arrived at home, they were. The quality of 3 ofthe 4 pizzas was fine; however, the gluten-free pizza was definitely not fine. The crust margin was extremely wide and the smalldiameter that was left had very small quantities of the ingredients that I'd ordered. For what I paid, I would have expected thesame quality of the other 3 pizzas. I had even tipped the staff (via online payment) $15 - I'm not sure why I did that now,considering I received absolutely zero service. It definitely won't happen again, but I believe that will be our last trip toVinny's. It's a shame because they used to be such a good restaurant with great food and great service. Although I have had good food from this place, when I've ordered chicken wings from this place they're almost never good. I have... gotten them form here multiple times. The last two times I have ordered the chicken it was cooked to hard! I believe the greaseneeds to be changed the meat in the inside was dry and not edible. If grease is changed when its's suppose to be than I believethe chicken would taste better. Read more
