Was here at 3-4 am in the morning and there was a homeless dude shivering without any shoes or socks. I saw the night crew go... check on him and one employee brought him shoes and the other took socks off his own feet to give to the dude. I went in and used the women's restroom. It was quite dirty. There are toilet paper all over and one of the toilets was clogged... up and full of toilet paper. There's no actual paper towels just one of those air blowing machines and lots of water on thefloor below it. Very busy, sometimes understaffed on weekend nights, but usually efficient. However, the complementary salad dressings... (including such delectable flavors such as honey dijon) are too cold, replacing them with a dressing warmer would be a greatstep further in the direction of culinary excellence. Read more
