I am not a great fan of leaving negative reviews especially for a fast food chain I like and frequent. However, after multiple... trips this particular Wendy's has earned less than a one star. This most recent trip tonight was the final straw that broke theback. The man taking our order barely let me finish before repeatedly asking "is that all.". Then with a lot of attitude tellingme to "cmon and get my stuff at the window"..we pull up, same guy, at very least he appeared angry for having to do his job. Soa girl took over, she was pleasant buy think she is stuck in a bad situation. We get our food, but the order was wrong. Aftergetting what we thought we ordered we get home to find out only half of one kids meal was actually in the bag. So we go back tofix the order, which we did. This was not our worst experience there but it is just another one added to the list for thisWendy's. The problem clearly lies in very poor management and or leadership who are not properly training the staff and/or arehiring the wrong type to do the job. For example, the young man tonight with all the attitude. Not sure what's going wrong inhis life to make him seem so angry, but he should know better, or be taught, than to take it out on the customers. The result isthis location has lost a customer for good, and from the looks of other reviews I am not alone. Read more
Worst fast food service I've ever experienced repeatedly. It just happens to be the only Wendy's around. They are rude, take... forever, serve cold food, hard buns...if you want anything that can be wrong with service and food, go here. Read more
absolutely amazing staff members.I ordered a combo and two kids meals, it was all hot & fresh. the time wasn?t long either... they?re pretty fast workers. the girl at the drive through also had great communication skills. Read more
The worst Wendy?s I believe in Henrico County. The food is consistently cold and nasty. I never understand how they consistently... have a long drive thru line, and the food is always cold. You would think it would be the opposite.. Read more

I actually read reviews after my third bad experience. I kept thinking it was a fluke. Owner, management, or employees. Doesnt... matter. All bad experiences and so disrespectful. I tend to emphasize with most people working in food services. But even afterliterally having your small bag of food thrown at you, and still saying thank you... and getting a turned back... yeah I gotnothing. Will not be back and will tell anyone I care about dont waste your money. Used to be a nice place a few years back. Nota hater. Just a realist who works hard for my money too. Read more
