The frosty machines never work. The service is VERY slow, so bad drive- thru customers leave, even after ordering, because it... takes so long to get to the window. The drive-thru person usually sounds like you're bothering them by ordering. And half thetime the order is wrong. Also, they were busier socializing with each other then working.
