Placed an online order on 10-25. It was to be ready around 7:07pm. I refreshed to watch it's current position change to the last... step. I arrived about 7:15. When I arrived the cashier was just finishing with a guest. He couldn't find my order in the systemwhich meant he had to make them all after I arrived. He was alone while a line formed and he did the best he could to handleeverything at once. I fully understand being understaffed and overwhelmed can be daunting. Forgetting to use gloves or washafter collecting money is easy to do. That's exactly what happened yesterday. I had already paid and promised about 20 peoplepizza so I just took the order. When I left another employee appeared to help. The gentleman did great considering the situationand understaffing at this location.
