It?s been 2.5 hours since we ordered our pizza. This is the last time I?ll order from Papa John?s in Richmond Hill GA.
Although my experience includes not receiving two of the four drinks I ordered. I wanted to give a shout-out for the timeliness... of the delivery (very fast) and the quality of the food I received. Please just make sure to double check your items foraccuracy. Read more
Delivery time was quoted as 31 minutes on the website. Food took over an hour to arrive and the driver was rude. The food was... cold and not even cut. I'd call and complain but what's the point? What a waste of money. Read more
The food is great but it took the delivery driver almost two hours to deliver our food. When I asked if we could get her number... to contact her to determine her status, the gentleman at the restaurant was rude and told us no she couldn?t be contacted. Called the store and asked for a manager...the... girl on the phone said she was the manager and was extremely rude wouldn't give me her name or the store number. Will NEVERorder from them again.
