So the day came!!!! We had an amazing party here but the management messed up! The engagement on Friday and wedding reception on... Saturday.. The servers were aggressive and cleared up the tables before the time, switched the light from the source whilebrides parents and friends were dancing before the agreed time. Very specious hall. Marble floor and Beautiful interiors with DJ lights. Nice and cool a/c running.Good food and drinks. Very... clean professional service. Valet parking available. Had my wedding there and let?s say it wasn?t the best . The women in charge was very kind and helpful in the planning process.... However the day of wasn?t the best. My guests were standing outside for over 30 minutes waiting because the table setting wasmessed up and had to be fixed . Several of my guests complained about the bar staff being rude and having attitude. On top ofthat, the buffet staff wasn?t putting out a lot of the food my family cooked and took there. i had guests coming and sayingthere?s no fried rice left when there were 3 trays in the back still. my mom had to constantly go and tell them to put the foodout for the guest. We ended up coming home with so much extra food. They also didn?t give notice of closing the buffet andclosed it early . In addition to that, half of my groomsmen were standing on the side because the hall didn?t place enough seatson their table . Also , be aware when booking , that there are time limits on things such as the photo booth. when booking, thatwas never mentioned to me. Read more
