This is my first time to order take out from Hug. I ordered at the shop and waited 20mins for my assorted sashimi, sushi & roll... platter mix 80pcs . The quality was ok and the texture of the rice was right. Their fish was fresh too. The price and qualitywere reasonable. Sashimi-Sushi-Roll 40pcs First time ordered from this sushi takeout restaurant. The fish was fresh, sushi rice was tasty with... great texture, but the roll was falling apart a little. I like their shrimp sushi as the shrimp was some how thicker than theone I had at the other restaurants and also without the weird fishy taste. ???????????? Edit: Now second time ordering and it's as good as the first time. I ordered the same thing so I added what the tray look like... this time. - First time customer. It's literally a walk-in take-out window once you go into the doors. Small menu with lots ofroll choices. I was surprised there was no tempura but it makes sense because the place is really small and it just would smellthe whole place up. They do what they do well and I thought the tree that I got had good value. It was fresh, and the traythat I got #812, had many different rolls with various tastes. I may have found my new favorite place but I would have to ordermy tempura elsewhere. Decent prices for the quality offered. Have heard about many people recommending this place for a long time. Was here for meet... up for my side business, and wanted something to eat. Ordered the black dragon roll & spicy Salmon maki. Both are really goodand nicely presented. The staffs are also very nice and friendly. My order was prepared very fast as well. I give this place 3.5 stars. I ordered 807, the 80 piece sashimi, sushi, roll tray; the salmon sashimi was sliced thick and the... platter was well presented. I thought for $73.45 (tax included) it was priced well but there were a lot of rolls that I wasn?t afan of (california roll, dragon roll, cucumber avocado roll). The selection of sashimi was limited, mostly salmon and differentcuts of tuna.
