Chicken was way overcooked, and dry. The chicken tenders were small pieces that were mostly overcooked batter. Actual chicken... pieces were the smallest that I have ever seen. I know KFC quality varies per location but this place used to be ok. This was acomplete disappointment and hope the owners actually do something about it. $30 meal totally not worth it. Read more

Not sure whether they changed the managing system but the staff definitely changed for the worse. This KFC was one of my... favorites but in recent months dating back to around April-May, the service has only been going downhill. Not only did thechicken get smaller but they can't even fry it properly. The spicy ones used to have a golden graze, now it's brownish andwrinkly like an old piece of rag. The staff does not work consistently and lots of times don't seem to know how to preparecertain orders. I will praise only the manager as it seems he is the only one who is trying to get things done. I will rathermiss out on the food than deal with the kind of service that's not worth the money as the prices keep increasing while thequality keeps decreasing. Read more
