They are ridiculous. I put an order through at 12:45 and I never received it. I always put my order through ubereats and this... location in particular is always late. By the time you get the food it's extremely cold and soggy. When you call, they eitherhang up or never answer. Read more
Used to be a regular over the last 15 or so years, the guy who ran the place was unfailingly friendly, and you left happier just... having dealt with him. NOT ANY MORE. Had the dubious pleasure of dealing with the new manager (I'm guessing)on Saturday. Not apleasant experience. Server was bagging my order, but had only grabbed one of the two items that I'd ordered. No big deal, Iasked about the second order as she was setting me up with some California seasoning. She misunderstood, and grabbed a coupleextra packs. New Manager dude sees this, loses all composure and berates the poor server, then turns on me and in abreathtaking display of aggresive rudeness, shouts that "you get one per order, if you want more, it's 75 cents" (for theseasonings that they advertise as free, but I digress...), then launches into repeated sneers of "do you want it?" I've been to this location many times in many years almost every other week but these 2 times experience really shocked me. I... just went today (10/10) and 2 days (10/8) before and ordered poutine and fries. There was a new lady (with the rude attitude)that I've never seen her before. On Friday, I knew the speaker was broken so I had to repeat few times (which I understood) toorder and she still did wrong with my order. I tried to clarify with her. She seem that she didn't get it. When she explainedto her co-worker, she told her in a wrong way. Thanks for for her co-worker who came to clarify with the orders. I also kepttelling the lady that I would pay with the NY app (I kept showing her my point card). But she didn't get it and asked me fewtimes how I was gonna pay for it. Today was even worse. Nothing wrong with the order (I guess it was because the speaker wasfixed) but the same lady asked me again how I was gonna pay for it even I already told her that I would pay with the point card.After I paid, she didn't even tell me to wait at the other side. Instead, she waved her finger and pointed the direction withoutany eye contacts or saying anything. I would say this was really rude service I received. I am tired of going to this food outlet. Each and every time I go their I seem to get the same person to take my order. She does... not wear a name tag so I cannot refer to her by name. She never takes an order properly, she is always angry and unpleasant, shetakes out the food the same way, with Anger. She talks to me as though she is doing me a favour by taking my order and takingthe food out. I am so fed up of this girl. I don't think I will ever buy food again from their.
