This has to be the worst Popeyes location I've been to. I've started going to another location even though this one is right by... my house. If you go during the dinner rush the staff act confused, look like they have no idea what they're doing and more thanonce my order has been completely wrong and in ways that make no sense. A particular time when I had ordered chicken tendersinside my box was just an entire chicken filet that's used for the burger and a handful of fries. As if you could do thatwithout noticing? They've also refused to give extra dipping sauce even when I had offered to pay extra. Another time I askedfor cocktail sauce with my shrimp the person threw tartar sauce in my bag. I politely asked him to change it and he said "It'sthe same thing" and shoved the bag in my face and walked away. Thought to remedy this by picking up at a quieter time, an houror so after dinner rush and then they don't even have all of the menu items available or you have to sit there waiting ages forit. Decided to try a different Popeyes location and it was a completely different experience. I worked and managed a friedchicken franchise location in my early 20's so I know how hard it can be but this place is just so, so bad. Read more
Bought from here few times before, but quality of chicken today was really bad. The chicken were very greasy, not fresh and... didn?t taste good at all. And the drumstick was sooo tiny! Very disappointing. Read more
Staff didn?t know what they were doing. Didn?t know how to work the cash register. Didn?t know where to find the right size box.... These 2 tiny dried up pieces of drumsticks count as a piece? The large fries order was only 1/2 full. Would rather drive alittle further to the Woodbine/7 location. Read more
Ok review for today's order ... 10 piece family meal ... 6 of the pieces were drumsticks ... Not one piece of white meat!... Usually this location is really good. Here's a photo after my daughter already took 2 drumsticks ... Make sure you specify whichtypes of pieces you're expecting. Read more
