Just came in for the first time in a while ... was extremely sad to see all new faces .. Definitely didn't feel like a homily... restaurant anymore.. not very happy with the service... I have no clue why you would change out all the staff. The old staffwere absolutely amazing and not to be rude but way way better looking!!!! I have been to this location in Richmond Hill. I want to chime in on the bad quality of this location. I am a regular in the... Highway 7 and Warden location. The Richmond Hill location is absolute garbage in comparison. The wing's poutine and the chickenwings are smaller sizes both times I have been to this location compared to the Highway 7 and Warden one. Advice to the owner isthat if you want to cut corners and save on a bit of costs, you are only going to lose customers in the long run. You receivewhat you give. I love St. Louis poutine! This time was a bit too much on the gravy but overall good portion and good quality as long as fair... price. Staff was really nice while ordering take-out and picking it up. My take-out order also took around 10 minutes which isso reasonable. Nice and sustainable packaging.
