This place is amazing. My wife and I wanted hearty bowl of soup for lunch so we tried Tasty Pot. We got the Kimchi Dumpling Hit... Soup (#7). The spice was perfect and the flavors were robust! We were here for lunch so the one hot pot was enough for the twoof us. We can?t wait to come back again!! Very nice hotpot restaurant with easy menu! They are franchise restaurant but all of them in America! I believe this is the... only one in Canada! They've already cooked everything for you, from regular to extreme spicy, and different soup base! The soupbase are really nice, no Msg but very strong taste! Most of the hot pot place they will ask if you want to refill some soup butits usually hot water, but this restaurant refill soup for you! Lots of people order 1 by themself but I always order 1 sharewith my family or friend. It's quite a big portion for 1 pot! Very nice service and good food! Read more

I had seen so many yummy looking posts on instagram and was drawn in. This is a different type of hotpot for me. I'm used to... putting in my own meats, veggies, etc into the pot to cook. Here you choose the variation you'd like from the menu and it'sbrought out all put together. There wasn't much difference in the soup bases unless you got something very different from theothers, like cheesy milk hot soup. It seemed like most had some of the same ingredients i.e., quail eggs, tofu, etc. I foundthat ordering 1 pot for myself was too much and ordering a larger one to share with someone else would be much better. At dinnerthere's the option to add a bubble tea drink for $1 which is a steal. I believe the drink is included in the price for lunch.It's also nice to have something cold and sweet to drink to offset the meal. The couple of times we had to ask about the menuor for chopsticks the servers were super polite and helpful. They do seem to be Mandarin speaker so we conversed in English. Read more

I was there with my girlfriend over the weekend, the place was recommended by our friends. The food and drinks wasn?t a... disappointment, the pot we ordered was very good and the price was to my consideration reasonable. The place was cleaned and weliked the atmosphere. The reason for my low rating was our server. He was VERY VERY VERY friendly, to the point we feltuncomfortable. The conversation began with sauces recommendations to 5-10 minutes of ?forced? conversation. It was the mostawkward situation I?ve been in. In my head I was like ?dude, I?m here to have dinner with my girl not to talk to you?. We willbe returning to the restaurant because the food was good.
