Joe and his team are INCREDIBLE. They catered our wedding for ~200 and the food was a main topic. It was so important to me to... have the food cooked there and it have a story and boy did it. We still get compliments on the brisket. Food aside - Joe is anincredible person that really clearly cares about his food, service, and the people around him and their experience. Chris and Kevin were great additions in making my In-laws 50th wedding celebration a success! Once they arrived, they got to... work and were prompt on the timeline that was set in order to prepare and serve the food. Joe and his wife did an excellent job with the luau we had. This is the first time we used Long Island Luau but it won't be the... last. Food was excellent and there was plenty of it. Our guests were thrilled with the food and took some of the leftovershome! Their service was great and I would STRONGLY advise anyone who is having a party to use Long Island Luau as theircaterer!
