I had read many articles about Felina and they were not wrong. They were short staffed as many restaurants are now, due to... covid. I wanted to try their highest rated appetizer, the grilled octopus, chef was not offering it, even though it was on themenu. I then ordered the yellow tale sashimi. I asked for the Gnocchi Bolognese, same thing?I asked the wait staff to recommenda dish. He recommended the Eggplant Lasagna. I was happy with both choices, they were quite tasty. My husband ordered theAvocado Caprese, no taste at all, he ordered the Pork Chop didn?t have either, so he ordered Cacio e pepe, nothing to write homeabout. Dessert was not enticing at all. We just ordered a Cafe Latte and an espresso. We had reservations for 7:00 pm and theydidn?t have these dishes? By the way, the noise level is higher than 90 Decibels, my Apple Watch kept reminding me about it. Ifyou don?t mind screaming the whole time to communicate with your date, this is the place for you. Wow wow wow! From beginning to end perfect!!! Delicious food, excellent service and the ambiance is awesome. The rooftop is beautiful and has a cool chic vibe, but the prices are outrageous especially considering the service. The drinks... are the same or more than any Manhattan rooftop I've been to... This is Ridgewood. Takes 20+ minutes to get a bartender to takea drink order and half the time they forget it requiring you to remind them. Some better service would do this place a lot ofgood. I was confused by this place. The pics looked great from others but ours was reminiscent of a kids menu level of effort,... especially the pizza which was pretty shocking. Pasta wasn?t homemade. It was also freezing inside. Wouldn?t return. Read more
