My wife and I order our usual combination plater that come with a egg roll, they were so over cooked and the bottom of the egg... roll was filled with grease. We had to throw them both out. Horrible customer service. I called the store to get an update because my order was already 20 min late. I spoke with a lady and... she told me the manager was busy rn and would call me right back. Another 10 min went by with no phone call so I called again.The phone rang once and the manager answered with an aggressive yes! I then said I?m calling to get and update and before Icould get the rest of my sentence out he said my address and then said the driver is on his way!! Then hung up.
