Took a chance exiting I 70 west. We had been looking for some BBQ and low and behold. There was Rib City. Staff was friendly... and service even with a reduced staff was great. We both had a 1/2 a rack of ribs but I added some brisket to the meal . Foodcame promptly and was hot. There were different sauces available but not needed. The bark on the brisket was tasty. Delicious as always! The smoked sausage and baby back ribs are filling and yummy. If they have any left, the coconut cream pie... is what draws my family to this restaurant during annual trips to Glenwood Springs from the other side of the state. Service wasexcellent on this latest trip. They do a good job of matching the availability of tables to the staffing level. Read more
We didn't intend on eating here, but as fait had it the Place was next to Hilton Inn and Sweets. Best choice we could have... made, by recommendation of the staff. Wonderful food. You will not be disappointed by stopping by for some grub. Portionswere spot on for the price. Read more
