Placed an online order and waited in a long line around the building arrived at the window to pick it up 10 minutes passed the... time the app said would be ready because inside was closed. Was told my order wasnt ready to pull around and they would bring itout. I pull up to the dorr and wait another 10 minutes for an employee to come out and tell me that it would be another 14minutes for dark meat. I waited another 25 minutes for the guy to come back out and say they were out of coleslaw and ask whatother side i would like. By the time i left the facility i was there over an hour. This is the second time in a month we have had terrible service. The first time I wrote a letter to corporate and received a... complaint number. Noone had contacted me about it. My case number is: 01167261. We still tried KFC again because we do likethe chicken. This time, we places an order for 16 piece meal with 3 large sides. We did NOT receive the Mac and cheese side ORany biscuits. This is totally unacceptable, and I will be contacting corporate with ANOTHER complaint. Read more
