Carols is a delectable little part of Rindge, New Hampshire. The menu is humongous and you can create just about any ice cream... concoction you can think of. Iv?e been about 4 times now and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Carols is a cashonly establishment and that can cause somewhat of a headache if you dont know prior to going the first time but the small tripto an ATM makes it all so worth it. Read more
This is a good place to get a sundae. The ice cream was good but not super flavorful, however, the sauces were delicious. For... that reason I wouldn't get just plain ice cream, but upgrade to a sundae. I've tried the peanut butter, hot fudge, andmarshmallow sauce. For $7 it is huge and enough to share or save for later. The staff is very friendly, and there are picnictables to eat at. A nice date night spot or family outing. Read more
If you are dairy free, Carol's is a Godsend. I drive 30 + minutes just for this reason. She has oat milk soft serve, which no... doubt sounds terrible to those without dairy allergies, but they can mix flavors. Great ice cream in a cool location. (It's basically housed in an 18 wheeler. There is also wood fired pizza at the same place-... so good! (Get the BBQ chicken pizza- you won't regret it.) There was also a car show when we went (Wednesday night) and I gotthe sense it was kind of a regular occurrence. This place (both pizza and ice cream) is CASH only so be prepared. Absolutely phenomenal place! Very much worth a trip. Had the pleasure of meeting the owners and they're wonderful people who... clearly take a lot of pride in what they've built.
