I purchased some kitchen items from this Lowe's and they arranged for their "Handy" installation service. After this service... cancelled me twice and then failed to show up the 3rd time (after I drove 1.5 hours to be there!), I cancelled THEM and hired aprivate plumber. Do not use this service; they are highly unreliable! On the bright side, Chris in Lowe's Customer Service wasgreat in helping me figure all this out and pick up my items for my own installation. Very disappointed. One of my carpenters went into the store and purchased a Dewalt multi tool Monday evening 8/15/22. The... morning of 8/16/22 in front of our entire crew he cut the white vinyl straps off the box (that is very important to the story)and opened the box to find the multi tool had been replaced with a large rock of similar weight. We all had a good laugh and heheaded to Lowes to get his money back or exchange the rock for the tool he paid for with his receipt in hand. The rest of thestory goes that the Lowes manager said he did it and called him a liar. The argument got heated and my guy left. Out $160.Someone with access to a vinyl strapping machine made the switch. Perhaps an inside job. We are now done with Lowes, ascontractors we spend a lot there. No more. Telling your customer they are lying is not a good way to do business. Plenty ofother stores to spend our money. Read more

Always have what you need only one thing that I personally don't like is the lumber is always all jacked up

Not only were the customer service ladies ,rude but unhelpful . Not to mention i was hung up on while on the phone and paying... the extra 120.00 dollars for an extended warranty was just throwing our money away. Of course our washer broke down just weeksafter its regular warranty ended ,but lucky for us we paid for the extended warranty. What sux is that lowes did not honor ituntil i contacted the B.B.B. and complained and then what we got our gift card to buy our selves a new washer is was NOT enoughmoney to do so. The whole idea of paying extra for an extended warranty is so we dont go without a washer. Apparently we onlyget our money back,not enough ot buy a new washer as we paid for the insurance so we would have a working washer. Thats not howLowes works things apparently? They have a laugh NOT helping you in customer service and while telling the manager they have anunhappy customer! Lowes has lost our entire family as customers after this! Lowes managers are actually lucky that this wasnty20yrs ago or someone would have got a fat lip as rude as they were to my wife!!! Read more
