I have wanted to stop countless times and never took the opportunity until today. The pastoral setting on the family homestead... is unique and adds an atmosphere conducive to relaxing down on the farm for a meal. Don't pass up your chance. Read more
Food portion was smaller than usual. I am sure it was due to inflation and everything being cut back. Service was good. Store... was reasonably clean. I?ve driven past numerous times on my way to visit my daughter in North Carolina and never managed to be passing by when I could... stop and eat. I?m so glad I was able to this time. It was a Thursday morning and really quiet so I was served quickly. It wasdelicious. An open face biscuit with sprinkle sausage, a fried egg, sausage gravy, and cheese. And a side of hash browns. Yum!Hash browns were perfect; crispy and not too oily. Biscuit was amazing and the gravy?.. drool. The waitress was very friendlyand it was a great experience. I?ll definitely be stopping again if the timing lines up. Some of dinners on the menu lookeddelicious.
