On 2 separate occasions, within a day apart of each other, last week I ordered a breakfast burrito with bacon and they put no... bacon on it. The 1st time it occurred I called they replaced it the next day, correctly. The next day after that, no baconagain. I tried calling on Wednesday Thursday and Friday with no answer from the store. I understand that they have a system thattakes orders for them and and when you ask to speak to someone it pushes to that company. The company that runs that systemforwarded me to the location and nobody answered for 3 straight days. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Finally gotthrough today to voice my concern. Food is good. Employees are fine too. Line can take *forever*. If a vehicle has a large or special order, instead of asking... them to pull around and wait to be able to assist other customers, they just wait as long as it takes. There can be a line 9+cars deep and they'll wait 10 minutes for one order. So just beware that even if there's only a couple folks in front of you,it's really a coin toss. You might sail through, and you could literally be in line for 20+ minutes, fairly easily. Breakfastburritos are great and fair price. Try the Lotta-breakfast sandwich as well. Great burritos, there hamburgers are terrible. They have changed the meat vendor they buy their meat from . Many many years... back they must of sold their franchise to another owner. Lotaburger went from being the best hamburgers, to the worsthamburgers ????. There meat is cheap and taste terrible. Maybe they get their meat shipped from China its horrible. Read more

I wish I could give 0 Stars! Make sure to check your order because after a long day & going home after getting lunch here, they... never gave me my kid meal tenders. I got the fries & drink but no chicken tenders so when I called no one answered after tryingfor 30 mins, I already drove all the way back. To be told there?s nothing they can do for any inconvenience & if I wanted arefund I had to call for refund because they don?t do refund?s for card purchases. I will never go back here!!
