Normally this place is good, but last time my Mom and I were there and we ordered a 2 piece and a 3 piece meal. He asked if I... wanted it spicy or not, I said no. I said not spicy, just regular. So we get to my Mom's house and we started eating. Thechicken looked weird, dark. So we bite in, and it's spicy as hell. We couldn't eat it. I tried peeling the skin off, and it wasstill spicy. Went through the drive thru when I got home and opened my order they had forgotten the Apple pies I had ordered the fries were... cold the okra was cold and the bottom buns on the chicken sandwiches were hard. Probably the best chicken sandwich I've had, as well as really good 2 piece and 3 piece meal deals. Way better than their... competitor across the street. The food was hot, and stayed hot until I got home. Kudos for not messing up the order, and yourquick and efficent service, unlike the "other guys" I'm not sure what it is with Rio Rancho locations, but the fast food serviceout here is really gross, and the folks at the window just don't seem to care or are too busy to check to make sure all youritems are in the bag.
