We absolutely love Dagmar's. They have some of the best pastries, brotchen, and schnitzels in the Albuquerque area. Everything... is always fresh and super delicious, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Have a strudel for breakfast and a schnitzelsandwich for lunch and you'll think you're in Germany. If I could leave zero stars I would! I'm a professional chef and was excited to work there. I witnessed over a dozen health... hazards while there and decided I can't work at a place that easily can get someone very sick. The fillings for strudels sitopen on the floor for days, I refrigerate my things one open! Food over a week old still being used. Dirty kitchen where no onewears gloves and long hair not wearing a net. Gravy sitting out hours to cool instead of in an ice bath.
