The service has gone down. I used to come here every morning for coffee and the staff was great. Lately I rarely come because... the baristas don?t make the drinks correctly, even when I tell them the way it?s made. Today they tried to charge me $7 for acoffee that I get all the time and costs $5.65, even at that they charged me $6.35. It?s not even the money that matters, it?sbeing able to count on getting a good experience and for the past few months it just hasn?t been.
