Ordered the prime brisket with chips, price was acceptable since it was brisket but I was a little disappointed. Service was... good, lady at the front was very nice. Wait time for the sandwich was coming close to 40 minutes on a Thursday around 11 am. Wasnot particularly busy but not slow either. Wait time could be a lot better for a sandwhich with chips. Sandwhich was decent, notamazing. Brisket was rather dry and if it was not for the bbq sauce it would have not been good. Bread was toasted but by thetime I received the sandwhich the toast was not crispy as it should have been. I have not once been disappointed by the service or food here. Every menu item that I've tried has been excellent. I just... recently ate the Cubano special, and it is hands down my favorite Cuban sandwich that you can get anywhere in town. If you'reever craving any sort of sandwich, this is definitely top tier. The green chile biscuits and gravy are incredible, better then the one they used to have at flying star! I wish they were closer... to the heights but you lucky people who work nearby should definitely go in for breakfast.
