I've been going to Kilby all my life and never had a bad experience, but I went yesterday and omg. They didn't clean the... ice-cream scoop!! luckily it wasn't anything I was allergic too but I didn't appreciate a glob of sherbet in my cookie monster.On top of that the lady who took my order didn't give me time to order my toppings, the line wasn't busy and there wasn't anyone behind us.
