Terrible experience with a take out order from tonight. Starting with two lemonades (strawberry and plain) both had a strange... chemically taste to them which was alarming, we also had the same thing with a piece of cheesecake and had to throw it all out.Boneless wings tasted nothing better than microwaved, paid extra for a side Cesar salad and received a pre made (probably 2 daysold) brown wilted lettuce with soft and soggy croutons. Fries cold and soggy. Paid for extra sauces and received none. Overallconcerned now for health safety from me and my toddler eating a few bites of this awful dinner as I?m also pregnant. About a quarter of the chips were under cooked, the chicken crispers looked like they'd... cut one normal crisper into four, salad was forgotten until asked for (after main food arrived), and slow service overall. I love chili's food but the service wasn't very good. We waited 45 minutes to get seated because we had a group of 8. There... wasn't a line or anything they was waiting for another group of 8 to leave. They was letting groups of 4 go before us eventhough we had gotten there well before any of the other groups. Then it took about an hour to get our food. The food was goodbut by the time we ate we weren't hungry anymore. I feel like this was a fluke thing and don't want to leave a bad review but itwas a little ridiculous how they was running the restaurant that day. Read more
