This was a rough night for them. My family and I usually enjoy The Habit. Tonight my son and I went in and placed an order to go... for the family. We waited about 25 minutes and when they called us up we grabbed the big bag to take home for the family. I wenthome and when I started passing out the food we were missing two sandwiches. I submitted a complaint on their website andattempted to call them. I was directed to submit a complaint online per their automated system. So I called back and pressed thenumber 2 to place a phone order after two tries I reached a person. She said if I came back they would give me my missing itemsand cook my son's hamburger well done as requested originally and received it very pink. So I drove out there again and when Igot to the counter they knew nothing about me coming, but they were willing to make the items for me. I waited again for abouttwenty minutes and then watched the tenderloin sandwich fall out of the container just as the young man picked it up to bag it.I watched him pick it up then mangled the sandwich off the counter and send it back to the other side and ask them to fix it. Iwaited about 10 more minutes and they gave me the two missing sandwiches and the well-done double char. The most frustratingthing was the time it took and the difficulty in trying to get it fixed. Well then I came home and my family had waited to eatwith me so they ate cold food and my husband's steak sandwich didn't have any steak on half of it. Our original order was 2orders of onion rings, 1 tempura green beans, 1 sweet potatoes fries, a grilled chicken club, a double char well-done, notomato, Santa Barbra sandwich, 2 tenderloin sandwiches with grilled onions, and mushrooms. Jamie one of the managers was taking orders when we arrived. She was super polite and very professional. After taking our order... she walked in the dinning area started asking other customers if they needed anything or she could take their trays if they weredone. She was also cleaning the tables and picking up the trays from the garbage area. We will definitely be going back again.Great service and great Food. Read more
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Cleaning the vents over the grill while cooking my food, I saw something fall from the roof. (Made them... remake it) The chicken tenders were unedible. Rock solid chicken tenders, so hard my kids can't even bite into them.??????? Food sat in the window for 10 min waiting for fries. The cook won't stop staring me down because I had them remake myfood. Don't feel safe eating it... I sat while 4 groups of people ordered, ate and left. I am still here writing this reviewand I still haven't got my food.... Standing at the register... Edit- chicken was non existent on remake.... Read more

We went here on Monday and it was pretty solid. The burgers were smalled then I would have thought but they we were also about... five or six dollars (just for the burger). I got the standard 1 patty with onion rings and a drink. If I went again I wouldprobably get the double. Overall it was a solid burger and tasted good. It was nothing super special but it was good.
