Literally the worst drive thru service EVER! whether it?s 10 am or 10pm 3 cars ahead of you or 10 you will be there for over... 15-20 every time.. the employees are super disrespectful or don?t know an ounce of English. I?ve been coming here for years andever since it got rebuilt I don?t know what happened but it?s the worst. My new McDonald?s is the one on riverdale road orcollege park. I hated my experience there and that's with most McDonald's restaurants I've frequented. After being ignored for about 15... minutes, I ordered a burger w/ large fries and was only given two ketchup packets. When I requested more, they seemed annoyed. The burger patties have gotten smaller and the pickles aren't even edible. I will not be visiting there again. Read more
Says 24 hours but never open most times I go and when i do, milkshake machine is always "down" which by now, we all know, means... someone hasn't taken the time to clean it. Better off as a car wash location. *****Updated review****. No milkshakes @9pm on aSunday. McDonald's needs to do better. Only reason why most folks come is for milkshakes and French fries! Order was read back to us in drive thru. Order was read to us at payment .Food was ready when we got to window .I asked for... fries with no salt that's what I got fresh unsalted fries .Transaction from star to finish was under 5 minutes and the customerservice was five star and my food was fresh tasting. It was 10:30 went to get something to eat the Spanish lady at the drive thru was rude nasty. Asked for honey mustard she said... that it would be a charge but the other day I went was no charge and she did not have to to be rude never got the medium friesthat I paid for. My husband goes inside to speak to the manager but seem as he just brushes it off this place need newmanagement to show the employees how to talk to people. She needs to look for a job where she can read the receipt well andlearn manners. Read more
