Person at drive thru during morning had horrible customer service. Food wasn't that great either.

The worst Bakers period. I've visited this location on several occasions only because it's convenient to my work. It usually... rates about a 3 star for service and quality. This time the A/C wasn't working in the dining area so I decided to go back outand go through the drive-thru. My cheeseburger had two small white pieces of lettuce which literally came from the stalk. Mymilk shake had the consistency of flavored milk.
