This is officially my new favorite bowl place! I got 2 scoops of sorbet with a ton of fresh fruit on top! My 2 yr old was... happily stealing some from me while we ate lunch. UPDATED: they reached out to me to check in and if I would be interested in a refund or giving them another shot. They refunded... me. Customer service and attentiveness is excellent. I LITERALLY PAID FOR ICE. I added ginger and literally just watered down.Apparently my smoothie also has pineapple, spinach and did I taste any of that? NOPE! Really bad bad. Cool place to get some good boba drink. Lots of flavor to choose from though a little bit pricier compare to other boba places.
Very friendly staff. This is my first time trying Bolcupop, I will definitely come back. I had the milk tea taro with boba.
