Horrible horrible service!! First of all they never have salad dressing. This is the third time!! And I usually come during... lunch. Staff are very very rude. Customer service is horrible. Ran by teenagers. Not attentive at all. I stood for my onlineorder while it was right there, and alot of the employees were just ignoring me. I had to tell them myself my order is readyright above you. They need to retained them how to be good with customers and not be so rude, I get your busy, but customerscome first. First person dumped brown rice on my tortilla right after I said white. When I told her she didn't say anything and just dumped... the brown back in leaving a fair amount of it stuck to the tortilla. She put the white rice on top and just moved it along. Ok.I said very clearly "a little cheese, please" to the 2nd person and she gave me double. Alright. At least the cashier was superfriendly and helpful. My order came out to 14.01 and because of the supposed coin shortage she said she would not be giving memy $.99. At least she said it with a smile. I DON?T BLAME THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS LOCATION BUT THEIR LEADERS!! EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS A REFLECTION OF THEIR LEADERS!! I ordered... my usual, a Steak Burrito with everything in it. It feels like employees hold back on ingredients when they build your order.The girl that wrapped my burrito allow lots of pieces of steak to fall out of the flour tortilla. Then instead of choosing toput it back in the burrito, she chose to throw the steak in the trash?? The steak that I was going to pay for? I wonder how muchof Customer?s Food is thrown away daily because the employees chose not to put it in the customer?s order? Perfect Food IsThrown Away??? Lastly I been told this location has a bad habit of not giving you your chips when you order them. Sure enoughwhen I got home the chips I ordered and paid for were not in the bag. Today at approx 11:50am my husband walked in to your restaurant and he was 2nd in line. They had just 1 person working in... front. He noticed what looked like a meeting toward the back. After about 10 min he looked behind him and there was a line ofat least 10 people. A couple of the workers in the meeting looked at the line , my husband put his hands up like to ask what'sgoing on. They just laughed and turned back around. Terrible customer service. Terrible management decision to hold a meetingat lunch time and not care who or how many are kept waiting. Read more
