Ordered a Giant Baker. Opened container to find cold meat on top of cold mashed potatoes! It?s disgusting! If you?re out of an... item and need to substitute you need to let the customer know. I never, ever leave bad reviews but WOW this place was terrible. Everyone with an online order had their orders prepared AFTER... the patrons ordering instore were rung up. I ordered at 3pm for a 3:45 pick-up and my order was not ready until 4:25. All sideswere cold and basically inedible. The brisket was bad and the ribs were mostly bone.
