Our go-to place for dessert. The custard is nice and thick and creamy and the shaved ice is shaved so thin it's almost creamy as... well. The crepes are served warm and just as customizable as everything else. Not to mention everything is very well flavored.To be honest though, we do have one recommendation based on something that's been getting on our nerves lately, samples. We lovethat they're creative. And generous with their samples but many times we've asked to try just one flavor and next thing we know,they're combining three flavors with custard and shoving it towards us. If we want to try one, let us just try the one flavor,then suggest combinations afterwards. Also, when they make suggestions, they always start out with the same set, captain crunch,jolly rancher, and one other. Maybe try rotating the suggestions for customers who come in often? The place is kind of small they have friendly staff. The variety of desserts on their menu is not the biggest but they do offer... sample taste testings of all the sorbets. I went in to this establishment today around 1pm it was my second time and the first time I had such a great experience. I... ordered a cinnamon crepe with vanilla ice cream a coffee and a small strawberry sorbet I paid went and sat down my daughterpicked up the coffee and crepe with the strawberry sorbet but never got my vanilla ice cream which I repeatedly asked for to beput on the side. So my daughter went to ask for it and another lady with literally yellow hair and sharpie like eyebrows said ohno it doesn?t come with it. So I went to the counter area and told her I didn?t ask if it came with nor ask about price when Iordered, to which she replied if you want it you need to pay regular price $4 something. I grabbed what she gave me and took itback to the counter and told her she could have it didn?t ask for a refund Dear owner I wish I can get a number or email so Ican communicate with you about this incident I really like your products and it?s sad that because of one bad employee you willlose business this lady is rude I felt humiliated infront of all the other customers around me she made me feel the smallestperson on earth.
