Update below original review; I like that they stay open (kinda) late... but the customer service isn't great after a certain... hour. The girl in the sweater tonight must've really been having a bad night or something because she actually scowled at mewhen I had to ask her for my card back because she only handed me my receipt and food. It felt like she shouldn't be working thewindow or taking orders if she doesn't like being there. I mean, I had to ask for my card AND my drink. Update: The kid in thevisor that works there is saving you guys! His friendly attitude and accuracy in service gives me hope in this location.Customer service goes a long way and can make or break a location's revenue considering there are lots of other options in theimmediate vicinity. Went through drive thru at 4:21pm 10/27. Only 1 car ahead of me yet waited 20 min. The employee in window was laughing and... joking, not concerned with how long the line was taking . Disgusting! It actually tasted spoiled! These egg rolls should never have been sold to a customer! This JITB is horrible, I... tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but nope. They need a new owner, staff, and NEW FOOD SUPPLY! Ugh! I?m justdisappointed, I love JITB egg rolls, but every time I get them here, they suck and they always forget the sauce (I had to callmy delivery driver to have him ask for the sauce AGAIN, but they could have kept all of it!) My sandwich was decent. Service was ok. The wait was ridiculous. I was late for work due to a half hour wait in the drive thru.... Then the manager or shift leader was annoyed with me for asking if they were short staffed because of the long wait. She wasfairly rude.
