If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a few pizzas and they were not fully cooked and were frozen. I called the store... to speak to the manager and I was on hold for 30 minutes at least. I called from different phones and was not able to speak tothe manager at all. Horrible customer service. There pizza's are not cheap and the least they can do is man up to it. I ordered the large pizza box and an order of wings for delivery. Everything great except for my wing order. I understand... getting maybe one funky wing piece, i look forward to the wings, wings are not cheap, my order wasn't cheap, and it was 4 funkypieces. Disappointed ?? Read more

Horrible service. Ordered 2 pizza and bread sticks for delivery. Hour and a half later called them and they said ohh it wasn't... delivered? Hold on let me talk to my manager. He then says the driver forgot it. I get it and the bottom is hot but the pizzatasted like they re heated in a microwave. I called and spoke to the manager, she said she will send the driver back for arefund. I called papa John's and got my pizza from them before I got a refund. Read more
