So disappointing. Ordered personal pan with cheese and pineapple. This was no better than a frozen pizza you would buy and cook... at home. It was dry, almost like a cracker dough. What happened to the yummy, oily, kinda buttery crust, filled with sauce andcheese. Little Caesar $5 lunch pizza/soda combo is better than this pizza at $7. Wont go back to Pizza Hut. Not worth it. Called to ask to add marinera sauce to order she tells me pasta doesnt come with it but before i could explain I wanted to ADD... it she hangs up. Doesnt answer the phones on hold for 30 minutes then was answered by the call center???? they transferred meback to the store sat on hold for 10 more minutes finally got through to someone already fed up and asked to cancel my order andhe hung up. called back 20 minutes on the phone again when the pizza got to my door. I told the driver I have been trying tocancel this order for 50 minutes but there wasnt mush she could do. HORRIBLE customer service here. I don?t know what this guy that is working answering the phones is doing I don?t know if he?s high or what but it took me 14... minutes to try and get the right price for an order just for one medium pizza and he couldn?t even answer that right .first hesays it was $14 and then he came out with a total of $26 .I couldn?t get a right answer I asked him ,what?s his name ?and heanswered ahhh. Do not come here their service is good but I ordered my pizza they asked me to wait 15 minutes and as I was getting my pizza... while I was inside waiting the tow truck comes and starts to tow my truck away and my girlfriend is outside while I was gettingthe pizza and she tells them why are they taking our car. I pulled in the parking lot and found a few spots open. I walked into the small store and was immediately helped. I ordered a... medium Hawaiian pizza, but the man said it is cheaper to order a large. Same wait time. ???? I said. Ok. I'll have moreleftovers. He said it would take 15 minutes. I paid with an EBT card. Pizza was ready before the 15 minutes was up. It isdelicious. I didn't see a menu when I went in. So will look at it online next time I go in there. Read more
