Arabic employee was such a RUDE barista. My mom just got home and literally threw away all our drinks because of the poor... service. She ordered her usual pink drink with NO STRAWBERRIES, her drink had strawberries but she just did not want to eventaste the strawberries so she asked the barista if he can make her a new drink. He was upset that he had to make her a newdrink, he instead grabbed another cup and just tipped over the drink so the strawberries would stay in old cup. My mom refusedto have that drink so she again asked him to make her a new drink. She explains he was very rude, regardless he made her a drinkbut she noticed a black thing in the bottom of the cup and told him if he knew what that was, he looked at her said i dont knowand proceeded in making another customers drink. Definitely ridiculous, she ordered drinks for the family and again we had topour them down the drain due to this incident. He needs practice and experience when it comes to customer service, without thathe should not even be working in a work environment like that. Read more
