I had trouble with them being rude. I asked for three rows of tomatoes and lettuce..simple and they put all kinds of stuff I... didnt want... then didn't take them off...and the tomatoes were green... The people working here were extremely rude. I went to pick up an order. The girl proceeded to START and make 3 sandwiches for... the person there. No big deal, but usually if someone is standing ready for a pickup order, it?s usually quicker to confirm youhave the order instead of me just waiting there. Let alone the fact that I heard two other workers laughing and joking in theback. One finally comes out and I tell them I?m picking up an order. They were all extremely rude and said they didn?t have it.So I run home, and confirm the order (which was supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago at this point, mind you). I go all the wayback to the store and they MIRACULOUSLY have it. But they were all extremely rude the whole time. Ordered online. Sandwiches were great, but I got charged twice!! Tried calling, mailbox full, very disappointed. Don't live in... the area, which means I have to go in person to dispute, 70 miles away. Website was no help. Please make sure it doesn't happento you. Read more
Nayomi (sorry if I mispelled?) was super friendly and fast making my sandwich! She was holding down the shop by herself at 10pm... with a line building up while I was making my order, but she was calm, quick, and on her own she even took the time to wrap mysandwich into two separate 6" so I could eat the second half tomorrow. I love Subway and I've had it countless times, but I justwanted to call out this excellent experience provided by an awesome individual! Read more
