Been coming here since it opened and the owner does the cooking herself most of the time. It has been delicious since the start.... Never fails to leave me full and happy! I hope she has business for a long time! Read more
I've always passed this place hoping to try it and now I did ??. I went during a regular work day so it was empty when I arrived... I was greeted by my host and she was so nice. She started me off by giving me Yuzu tea (so good). You are able to order from thetable via QR code or on the kiosk. I ordered the tonkotsu with extra egg, seaweed and mushroom and it was delicious I also endedup taking tempura mushrooms and let me tell you it was so good! The atmosphere was in fact very zen. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because no one greeted us upon arrival and the... way you have to order is through QR code and either our phone service or the link was super slow. After trying multiple times toorder finally someone came out to take our order. The food was delicious. We ordered the mushrooms tempura, the shrimp tempura,pot stickers, teriyaki chicken with fried rice, falling Ramen and the volcanic Ramen. The Ramen was my favorite. You get there and nobody greets you, no interpersonal communication at all and then you have to fill your own order on a... kiosk… took my number and sat myself down. Ramen I ordered had two pieces of meat in it, stale mushrooms and broth was lackingany real flavor. For nearly $20 a bowl this place is NOT worth it.. gave it a second try after having another bad experience andyup still ???????? would not recommend.. Over rated hipster spot. Read more
