I paid $25 for delivery for them to get my whole order wrong. I called the location and asked if they can fix it since I am at... work and cannot leave (that's why I ordered delivery in the first place) and the girl stated there was nothing they could doabout it... and that's it. Salad came with 3 items missing, plus no dressing. Read more

I don't know about you, but I find it SUPER annoying when a place can't follow simple directions when modifying an order - it's... spelled out for you. Your job is to cater to your customers. Dropping over $12 for a "fast" food salad, I expect it to be right.Wasteful for both parties - we both lose money when I throw it out, never return, and make sure anyone who thinks about comingto your business, thinks twice.
