I stopped coming here because my hot food always tasted like cleaning chemicals, they?re rude and ignore you, they take their... time making items because their too busy talking or yelling at each other. Im a CNA and I frequently stop at this dunkin in between traveling to clients. Today they had a girl outside taking orders at... the drive thru which is fine. When I got to the menu board, I saw they had a new iced pumpkin chia latte. No one answered at themenu board to add on to my order. When I drove up to the window, I asked to add on and they refused stating they dont do add onsbefore 11am. It was 10:20am It's very inconvenient to have a girl take my order before I even see the menu board if there goingto refuse to add on. I love this dunkin! I come in for the specials and the friendly staff. All the ladies do a great job. It is a very busy dunkin... and a hard job so I give them credit.
