Horrible customer service. They close their lobby well before the stated time on the door. Last time we got here at 10pm and the... lobby was closed. On the door it states the lobby closes at 11pm. A whole hour before. Tonight it is 10:30pm and again the lobbyis closed. Door dashers have to sit in the drive thru for 30minutes plus waiting on the orders when they are right on thecounter where we can physically see them. It would be one thing if they were quick in the drive thru but having dashers waiting30+ is messing with peoples money. Ridiculous. At least have a plan set where they have a runner taking care of the dash ordersto avoid all the cluster in the parking lot and time wasted. Read more
I ordered 3 Carmel Sandae's, 1 ice creme cone and a Oreo mcflurry. I had to wait almost an hour, to get my order. 45min into my... wait, I tried to get a refund and ways told they weren't giving refunds today. I asked to speak with the manager, but she nevercome up front. Someone finally brought the order out to our table almost an hour from the time I placed it. I gave then onestar, only because no stars wasn't an option. This place is very Unorganized and customer service is the last thing on theirmenu. Read more
Never fails, they always forget something in our order. Happy meal only had the nuggets. They forgot the double fries. Ordered... 40 piece nugget bundle and they forgot the BBQ and sweet and sour sauce. Only stopped there because I was in a rush. I should'veknown better. I loathe coming to this McDonald's, and unfortunately it seems I'm forced to come back over and over thanks to the family like... some sort of masochistic game of "how am I going to waste my money this time". Food is always so sloppy like a five year oldthrew the ingredients together from across the room. Fries seem like they are leftovers from the night before slightly rewarmed.I could go Christmas shopping with the amount of money I've spent on items I never received. And right now I was handed 3 FULLbags of food that wasn't mine, and after I rummaged through it and handed it back, they just took it and wandered aroundaimlessly through the parking lot trying to give it to whoever it belonged to.
