Ordered a #15, was asked which burrito. I asked the girl what was the difference between the both. After a 20+ second pause she... asked the same question. I asked what was the difference again. She said: ?You can?t see the picture?? The picture for #15 shows1 burrito and it doesn?t specify which one it is. When a guy came out with my order, I asked him if I was overlooking somethingon the menu because it only showed 1 burrito. He agreed that it only showed one burrito without specification and explained thatsome people get frustrated because customers don?t specify which burrito they would like with their meal for #15. While he wasbeing a great teammate and stood right by and even co-signed for his coworker, he seemed to forget that I asked what was thedifference between the 2 so I could know which one I wanted to order. Third time in a row I?ve had issues at store 5298 (Riverview) and this was the worst. Ordered ahead on the app and stall showed... delivered for 10 minutes before I went to check and ask about our order. (They?re falsifying delivery times to lie about theirmetrics being better than they actually are) Was then told that slushee machine was out and they offered a different drink.Manager on duty told me he couldn?t refund me because I ordered online. He told me to call OKSonic who then said they couldn?trefund me because I received a partial order and had to go back to store. The cherry on top was having to return a blast alsobecause it was literally wrapped in hair from the person delivering the food. I guess I?m just out the money for for twoslushees and a blast? I said I've already called the customer service center. The number you list is toa call center overseas where they will create a ticket and send it back to the store for resolution. Ordered the chicken zinger, bun was burnt and it was swimming in mayo. Husband ordered coney and it was mashed and he didn't... even get the extra onions and jalapeños. Ordered a cookie dough blast and got an oreo blast. Then we asked for napkins andthey brought us toilet paper! Read more

Our food tonight around 730pm for our family of 5 and it was awesome!! Came out within 5 minutes. It was fresh and hot, made... it special order and they got it all! The server brought out extra napkins and ketchup, immediately following our request andeven brought us a paper copy of receipt without being asked to.
