I've tried to eat here in the mornings 4 different days and is always the same thing. From 8 am to 10 am no one answer. There's... is card pa4ked and the lights are on but no answer. At least put a communication at the speaker to let know people that you guysare not taking orders at that time. I just left the drive thru right now because of this reason. Read more
We've tried coming here multiple times and every time the food is wrong. Something is always left out and this time we recieved... the COMPLETELY WRONG ORDER that was worth maybe $10 when we spent over $30. Worst taco bell I've ever been too. Since they opened I have seen poor service and inaccurate orders about 50% of the time. ... Tonight ordered via Uber and again order was 100% wrong. Suggest you spend 5 more minutes and visit the causeway store who runsa better restaurant. I have reported these issues to taco bell corporate at least 5 times over the last 2 years and there hasbeen no improvement. So today's date is 8/14/22 I have been to this location so many times 2 hours before close.. almost every time you go here later... at night a couple of hours before they close, THEY TELL YOU THEY ARE OUT OF ALL REAL ITEMS.. AND SOMETIMES THEY TELL YOU THEYARE OUT OF BEEF.. THEN THEY TELL YOU IT IS CASH ONLY... THEN THEY ALSO PROCEED TO TELL YOU THAT IT IS EXACT CHANGE ONLY..LOL Come on?? Can this really be real?? Or is your night crew trying to send customers away so that they don't have to do workand that they could get out of there early?? I am a business owner myself and have been a general manager at fast food placesbefore.. Your crew is basically not only costing you money but giving out bad service and forcing the customers to take theirmoney to other restaurants.. They have said these excuses on many different occasions at this location when I have tried tocome there not 10 minutes before they close but 2 hours before they close. LOL They are literally telling the customers this sothat they won't get a corporate complaint from customers asking why the store is closed before closing time.. instead of themsaying that they are closed where they are doing is forcing it to the point where almost 0 customers are able to order becausethey are out of all items that are grilled which is literally impossible because being out of grilled items is simply the crewbeing lazy not wanting to have to re-clean the grill before they close.. And then to tell the customers they are literally outof beef which is your number one ingredient in the entire store?!?! Get real!! Tighten up your employees get some qualitypeople in there. You're hiring these rejects that literally sit outside your store in their hood rat friends cars 24/7 listeningto music and smoking weed and customers can smell it when they pass by.
