They are so rude at this Wendy?s it is unbelievable I had to request each individual item my drink my chocolate Frosty and the... barbecue sauce for my two orders of chicken nuggets and the girl at the window seem to have an attitude for the items that Ishould?ve been given with my order. They never wanna give you your receipt, they never tell you thank you for receiving yourmoney. If you don?t like your job go work somewhere else. I was so disgusted eating here or should I say trying to eat here the biscuits and gravy looks like somebody shaved their beard... inside of it and I had two separate orders that both contained the same hairs I didn?t receive straws for any of my drinks andthen when I went around the building to complain they told me it was probably my hairs and they couldn?t give me extra straws. Ihave blonde hair the hair was stubby black and I never received any straws instead of giving me a refund they made the customerat fault and like I was the issue. Read more
They NEVER get your order correct. You order a bacon burger - good luck getting that bacon... order a burger with everything... but tomato - they'll give you a burger with nothing on it but a big juicy tomato. Don't be fooled thinking it's convenient;you're way better off going to any other Wendy's in the general area (even if it's in the wrong direction) because not a singleperson there seems to care about what they're doing or how they're cheating their customers. Was going to dine in for breakfast after dropping off my truck at the Auto Center across the street. Heard that you now did... French Toast Sticks for breakfast by ALL the commercials I've been bombarded with on the television. To my dismay, when I pulledon the door to the lobby at the restaurant, the door was locked, and when I looked at the operating hours, found out that thelobby didn't open until 9:00AM. Sure the drive thru was open, (with nobody waiting). So I walked next door to McDonald's andspent $8.05 on a Egg McMuffin Breakfast Meal before returning to the Auto Center. Not my first time being disappointed at thisWendy's, but possibly the last. I still answered the questions below even though I wasn't able to order through the lobby. Read more
