For anyone that plans on applying for a job here I would HIGHLY consider any other place. I was hired to work 11pm-7am for 14$,... I had to drive out of my way to go to a different location to be "trained" but most of the stuff she trained me she kept going"I dont know why i'm training you this its different at your store", then after 1 shift they moved me back to the location Iapplied at just for the person working with to not want to do her part of the job, I was told I needed a little more work on theregister but for most of the night she did everything on the register while I cleaned and did the food, for the whole shift Ithink i got to scan maybe 6-7 people on the register I was supposed to be learning, She did not want to help me with any of theharder chores like, she did not help me with the trash, I did all the inside of the store and 6 out of 8 of the outside bins, Itold her i'm not doing everything and told her she had to do the last 2 bags and she had a attitude from there on, made me doall the lifting when truck came, while she just wiped counters and scanned in new product. Me and the owner Upwinder had adiscussion about it and his solution was to "re-train" me during MORNINGS FOR A PAY CUT!!!, for a unmentioned amount of days,and when I ask him when ill be put back on the shift I applied to and the pay I applied for he said "when I think youre ready"and when I asked for my schedule he told me hes putting me on a day to day schedule sometimes are mornings some are days on a 24hour notice??? after 1 morning shift I messaged him the next morning to tell him I can't work mornings anymore, i've worked withyou for 1 shift and you didn't train me on anything, I didn't apply for mornings, I applied for nights, but he still insisted I"wasn't ready yet"??? Also, he tried saying I didn't work a shift that I did work and it took 10 minutes of him telling me i'mwrong and me having to threaten to take him to small claims court for him to watch the cam Read more
